Building Design Profile

Denney Building Design is proud of its record of quality design. Established in 2004, DBD has created dozens of excellent commercial and residential projects throughout the Perth metropolitan area. The Building Designers Association of Western Australia has recognised DBD's work with awards for design excellence.

DBD staff are expert in precast concrete panel buidings. This type of construction is suitable for various types of commercial projects, and we are among WA's leaders in the field. We are experienced also with other constructions including timber frame and brick veneer.

    Principal Shane Denney’s background is in design and construction, with wide experience in concrete tilt panel developments. Shane has always had a keen interest in designing modern spaces for living and this is reflected in the residential projects commissioned to DBD.
